What this is
Granova gives you access to an expert's knowledge layer — a retrieval system built from that expert's documented content (transcripts, client work, frameworks) that answers questions inside AI tools you already use, like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor. It is not a live conversation with the expert. See the disclosure page for how that distinction works.

Answers are informational and educational. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice, and they're not a substitute for independent professional judgment. You're responsible for decisions you make based on any answer the service gives you.
Subscriptions and credit billing
Paid access is metered in credits. Each creator sets how many credits a question costs (shown on their page). A monthly subscription includes a bundle of credits that refresh each billing cycle; when those run out, you can purchase additional credit packs. Unused credits from a subscription bundle do not roll over unless stated on the creator's page at purchase time.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal linked in your welcome email and receipts. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
Refunds
All charges are final once billed. We do not offer refunds on subscription fees or credit-pack purchases. The free trial (10 credits, no card required) is your way to evaluate the product before paying. Billing questions: anthony@levered.marketing.
Gap questions (submit_question)
When the knowledge layer cannot answer confidently, you may use submit_question to add the topic to the creator's review queue. There is no guaranteed response time, no SLA, and no promise that every submitted question will be answered. Answers the creator chooses to add become part of the knowledge base for future subscribers.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to:
- Resell, share, or sublicense your API key or access
- Scrape or bulk-extract the underlying knowledge base, or attempt to reconstruct it wholesale
- Build a directly competing product from the output
- Do anything illegal, abusive, or that impersonates others
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or abuse, with notice where practical.
No guarantee, and a liability cap
The service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee any answer is complete, current, or error-free — the product is built to say “I don't know” rather than guess, but it can still be wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
